MEDIA MEMORIES GIFT CERTIFICATES

 

Media Memories has Gift Certificates available. These make perfect gifts for birthdays, special occasions or Christmas! There is a minimum purchase of £65 for each gift certificate. Please message me for more information on purchasing a gift certificate!

All gift certificates are subject to an extra cost of £1.00 for postage plus the cost of the gift certificate. If you would prefer to have your order sent by uk Signed 1st class, the cost will be paid for by the client.

On receipt of payment for a Media gift certificate you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

In order to create a digital drawing of your pet I need a high quality photo/s sent to my email address mediamemories@yahoo.com

Terms and Conditions

The gift certificate can only be purchased from Media Memories by  pay pal or bank transfer. A minimum purchase amount is applicable when purchasing any gift certificate/s.

Upon receipt of payment of a Media Memories gift certificate you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

 

  • All gift certificates are valid for Six months from the date of purchase and a valid until date will be written on the gift certificate. The gift certificate can be used in full or as part payment when placing an order. 

 

  • No extension of the expiry date from the date of purchase will be allowed.

 

  • Media Memories retains the right to reject any gift certificates that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.  

 

  • Any lost or damaged gift certificates will not be replaced or re issued by Media Memories. It is the clients/ recipients responsibility to keep them safe and to redeem them before they expire. 

 

  • No refunds will be given once you have purchased a Media Memories gift certificate or if they are no longer valid.

 

  • Gift certificates are not to be resold. 

 

  • The gift certificate is not valid during any special promotions or raffles.

 

  • This gift certificate cannot be redeemed in order to purchase other gift certificates.

 

  • The “Gift Certificate Number” can only be redeemed once then it cannot be used again. This will be given when a gift certificate is purchased.

How to Redeem -

 

The client/recipient of the gift voucher will need to contact 

Media Memories and quote the following information-:

—

  • The name of the person who purchased the gift certificate.

  • The gift certificate’s unique id number, this was given to the person who purchased the gift certificate. 

  • The gift certificate’s number (bottom left hand corner)

—

Once the Gift certificate has been verified and any extra payment paid in full (if gift certificate is to be used in part payment) then the pet portrait can be started.

—

Please remember your gift certificate is valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
