Media Memories Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book?
Please message me through any of my social media platforms or my email. Let me know if this is to be a gift and what date it will be needed for. I will let you know if It would be possible for me to complete your pet’s portrait for your set date.
I will need a clear photograph of your pet sent to my email address.
I will need to confirm that is clear enough for me to work from. I will then be able to book you on my next available date.
You are required to pay a 50% deposit to secure your place, this non refundable once the portrait is started. This can be paid through PayPal or bank transfer.
The outstanding balance is to paid in full before your pet portrait will be posted to the address given.

How long will my pet portrait take?
Your pet portrait will be digitally drawn in either graphite or coloured pencil style and It can take up to 7 days to complete. Multiple pet’s on one print will take longer to complete and I will try and estimate a date for you.
The time to complete does not include delivery times.
What do I receive when I purchase a Pet Portrait?
You will receive a high quality glossy print in your chosen size. All my prints come gift wrapped in black tissue paper and placed in thick clear cello display sleeve to keep the print protected.
How long does delivery take?
All orders are posted out once a week through Royal Mail, this day may vary. I will have extra postage days at peak times or when necessary throughout the year. Your order will be sent with my return P.O.box address attached, hopefully ensuring it will return to me if there is an issue during its journey to you.
You will be sent a message when your order has been dispatched, if possible could you let me know that your order has arrived safely.
All prints are sent via Royal mail’s standard 1st class post included in the price, this may take up to 3 days to arrive.
You can request to upgrade your postage to UK signed for an extra cost payable by you.
Can more than one pet be added to a Portrait?
Yes! I can work from separate photographs or one of your pets together.
